Working Group on Hunger

Bayou Community Foundation invites you to join us for our upcoming Working Group on Hunger meeting.

📍 Hope Center -18100 E Main St, Galliano

This meeting will feature a tour Hope Center’s Food Distribution Facility. We will also hear from Becky Gautreaux, LSU AgCenter Nutrition & Community Health Agent, as she presents opportunities to strengthen our local food systems through policy, system and environmental improvements that make the healthy choice the easy choice, including potential grant funding support through the LSU AgCenter.

We will also provide updates on BCF’s BayouHelps.org and our Regional Food Bank Directory.
