You Can designate YOUR GIFT to be used by BCF in one of the following ways:
Community Champion Fund – Supports ALL Bayou Community Foundation Work.
Annual Nonprofit Grants Fund – Supports Bayou Community Foundation’s Annual Grants Program for local nonprofits.

Bayou Regional Behavioral Health Fund – Supports Bayou Community Foundation’s efforts to improve access to care for those struggling with behavioral health issues in our region.

Ready Start TERREBONNE – Supports high-quality early care and education centers for low-income Terrebonne families with infants, toddlers, and three-year-old children, ensuring that all children have the foundations for success and enabling parents to participate in the workforce.
Second Harvest Bayou Fund – Supports grants to local Second Harvest food pantry and food bank partners in Lafourche, Terrebonne, St. Mary and Grand Isle.
- Every gift to BCF’s Second Harvest Bayou Fund goes directly to feeding residents in OUR bayou communities. Your donation funds the large purchases of food and critical infrastructure at local Second Harvest food pantry partners that serve our local residents in need.
The BIG Legacy Fund – supports scholarships to Nicholls State University and Fletcher Technical Community College for students selected in the Bayou Industrial Group / South Central Industrial Association scholarship program.
Allyce Trapp Alexander Memorial Fund – Supports the work of nonprofit organizations and schools close to Allyce’s heart.
- Allyce Trapp Alexander brightened the world during her 31 years of life. On behalf of the Trapp family and friends, Bayou Community Foundation is honored to host a charitable fund that keeps her light shining brightly for many years to come. Your tax-deductible gift to the Allyce Trapp Alexander Memorial Fund will support the work of nonprofit organizations and schools close to Allyce’s heart and touch the lives of so many, just like she did with her generous and courageous spirit.
Bayou Recovery Fund – Supports Bayou Community Foundation’s relief and recovery efforts for disasters or emergencies.

Online gifts to BCF are supported by the secure online giving platform Kindful. You will receive an emailed receipt for your online gift to BCF.

You may also make a donation to Bayou Community Foundation in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one.
Please tell us this on your giving form for check gifts or in the notes section when you make an online gift. Also share with us the name and address of anyone whom you would like us to send an acknowledgment of your honorarium or memorial gift.
