“Don’t Carry It Home: Finding Balance in the Work of Helping Others,” is a practical, honest and encouraging workshop designed for nonprofit professionals and volunteers who care deeply and give generously.
Led by Sarah Hensley, BSN, RN, a nurse, behavioral health consultant and community leader with nearly four decades of experience, this workshop will explore how helping professionals can recognize when the work is becoming too heavy, support one another, establish healthier boundaries and stay connected to the purpose that drives their work.
Cost to participate is $10. Seating is limited to one participant per organization. Advance registration is required. To reserve your spot, register HERE.
