A strong mission needs a strong financial foundation. “Grant Budgets and Beyond: Practical Budgeting for Nonprofit Leadership and Mission Sustainability” is a hands-on workshop designed to help nonprofit leaders feel more confident when it comes to their organization’s finances.
During this practical session, Helene Wall of Wall Consulting Services and Joe Clements of Crown Consulting, LLC will cover the basics of creating and managing organization, program, event and grant budgets as well as demonstrate how nonprofit leaders and boards can use those budgets for better planning, accountability and fund development. Whether you are an Board director, Board member, staff member or nonprofit leader who simply wants to better understand the numbers behind the mission, this workshop is for you.
